For Elective Brotherhood Positions. Employees elected to Grand Division Office or as General Chairman, or as a delegate to any Brotherhood activity requiring leave of absence, shall be granted such leave for the term of the office, or until completing the activity, as the case may be, for which leave of absence was granted. Application for, or renewal of such leave must be made by the Brotherhood to the appropriate Railway officer. Pass transportation will be granted in accordance with Railway policy.
