Common use of For Cause by the Company Clause in Contracts

For Cause by the Company. If Executive's employment is terminated by the company for Cause, he shall be entitled to receive his Base Salary through the Date of Termination, as hereinafter defined. All other benefits due Executive following Executive's termination of employment pursuant to this Section 8(a) shall be determined in accordance with the plans, policies and practices of the Company.

If Executive's employment is terminated by the company Company for CauseCause (as defined in Section 9(a) herein), he shall be entitled to receive his Base Salary through the Date of Termination, Termination (as hereinafter defineddefined in Section 8(g)(ii) herein). All other benefits due Executive following Executive's termination of employment pursuant to this Section 8(a) shall be determined in accordance with the then-existing plans, policies and practices of the Company.

Upon termination of Executive's employment for Cause pursuant to this Section 7(a), as hereinafter defined. All Executive shall have no further rights to any compensation (including any Bonus) or any other benefits under this Agreement. However, all other benefits, if any, due Executive following Executive's termination of employment pursuant to this Section 8(a7(a) shall be determined in accordance with the plans, policies and practices of the Company.

If Executive's ’s employment is terminated by the company Company for CauseCause (as defined in Section 8(a) herein), he shall be entitled to receive his Base Salary through the Date of Termination, Termination (as hereinafter defineddefined in Section 7(e)(ii) herein) and shall be entitled to the benefits specified in Section 7(c)(iii). All other benefits due Executive following Executive's ’s termination of employment pursuant to this Section 8(a7(a) shall be determined in accordance with the then-existing plans, policies and practices of the Company.
