Common use of Footwear Allowance Clause in Contracts

Footwear Allowance. Where safety footwear is a requirement of the Company or is legislated, the Employee shall be entitled to either one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year, or two hundred dollars ($200.00) every two years, at the Employee’s option, as a safety footwear allowance. Wearing the safety footwear will be a condition of employment, and only CSA approved footwear is permitted.
