Common use of Footwear Allowance Clause in Contracts

Footwear Allowance. The Company will pay employees a footwear allowance of one hundred dollars ($100.00) upon successful completion of basic training and thereafter one hundred dollars ($100.00) yearly on the employee's anniversary date for the purchase of approved footwear. All employees are expected to wear safety footwear or other footwear approved by management or will not be permitted to commence work.
