Common use of Footwear Allowance Clause in Contracts

Footwear Allowance. The Company will pay employees a footwear allowance of one hundred dollars ($100.00) upon successful completion of basic training and thereafter one hundred dollars ($100.00) yearly on the employee's anniversary date for the purchase of approved footwear. All employees are expected to wear safety footwear or other footwear approved by management or will not be permitted to commence work.

Footwear Allowance. The Company will pay employees a footwear allowance of one hundred sixty-five dollars ($100.0065.00) upon successful completion of basic training their probationary period and thereafter one hundred sixty-five dollars ($100.0065.00) yearly on the employee's anniversary date for the purchase of approved footwear. All employees are expected to wear safety footwear or other footwear approved by management or will not be permitted to commence work.

Footwear Allowance. The Company will pay employees a footwear allowance of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) in the first year of this agreement and one hundred dollars ($100.00) upon successful completion in the second year of basic training the agreement and thereafter one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($100.00125.00) yearly on in the employee's third year of the agreement payable at the anniversary date for the purchase of approved footweareach employee. All employees are expected to wear safety footwear or other footwear approved by management or will not be permitted to commence work.
