FOCUS Reports. Debtor shall provide within five (5) days of T▇▇▇▇▇ W▇▇▇▇▇ Partners LLC filing with any securities exchange or other entity, a copy of its Securities and Exchange Commission Focus Report (Part 11). The reports required under this section are in addition to and not a substitute for the reports required under the REPORTS Section of the Agreement. Except as expressly modified hereby, all terms and provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.   • Status Reports The Grantee shall submit status reports quarterly, unless otherwise specified in the Attachments, on Exhibit A, Progress Report Form, to Department’s Grant Manager describing the work performed during the reporting period, problems encountered, problem resolutions, scheduled updates, and proposed work for the next reporting period. Quarterly status reports are due no later than twenty (20) days following the completion of the quarterly reporting period. For the purposes of this reporting requirement, the quarterly reporting periods end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. The Department will review the required reports submitted by Grantee within thirty (30) days.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Monthly Reports No later than 10:00 a.m., Chicago, Illinois time, two Business Days prior to each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the Trustees and each Rating Agency a Monthly Report.

  • Sales Reports On or before the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month after the First Month, Tenant shall submit to City a report (the “Sales Report”) showing all Gross Revenues achieved with respect to the prior month by location, segregated by each source or general type of article sold or service rendered. Such report shall be certified as being true and correct by Tenant and shall otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to Director. As described below, City shall have the right, in addition to all other rights herein, to impose a fine in the event Tenant shall fail to submit such Sales Report timely.

  • Records Reports To maintain records and to prepare and file reports required by law to be filed by the Trustee or required by agreement with the Company or by this Trust Agreement;
