FOB Plant Products. For Products manufactured at a Seller facility or by a co-packer to Seller (other than Buyer), title and risk of loss shall pass to Buyer immediately upon tender of possession to any of Buyer’s employees, agents or representatives, or to any carriers (including Seller) arranged or approved by Buyer.
