Common use of Floor Loading Clause in Contracts

Floor Loading. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises, the Building or other portion of the Property exceeding the floor load per square foot area which such floor was designed to carry and which is allowed by law. Landlord reserves the right to prescribe the weight and position of all equipment and fixtures, including computers and safes, which shall be placed so as to distribute weight and which shall be placed and maintained by Tenant at Tenant’s expense in settings sufficient in Landlord’s judgment to absorb and prevent vibration, noise and annoyance.

Business machines and mechanical equipment and fixtures, including computers and safes, which shall be placed so as to distribute weight and which shall be placed and maintained by Tenant Tenant, at Tenant’s expense expense, in settings sufficient in Landlord’s judgment to absorb and prevent vibration, noise and annoyance.

Heavy objects shall, if considered necessary by Landlord, stand on such platforms as determined by Landlord to be placed so as necessary to properly distribute weight and which shall be placed and maintained by Tenant at Tenant’s expense in settings sufficient in Landlord’s judgment to absorb and prevent vibration, noise and annoyancethe weight.
