Common use of Flight Crews Clause in Contracts

Flight Crews. All of the Regional Airline Services to be performed by Contractor will be operated with crews consisting of a captain or pilot, and a first officer or co-pilot. Contractor will ensure that all such crew members, as well as all flight attendants, will at all times meet all currently applicable governmental requirements and remain fully licensed and qualified for the services to be performed under this Agreement. In addition, Contractor will ensure that each of Contractor’s captains will hold a current Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and that an adequate number of flight crews will be qualified to fly between all city pairs that Contractor is required to serve pursuant to this Agreement. Contractor will also ensure that all flight crew members will meet all requirements imposed by the insurance policies set forth in Article VI.
