Flexible Calendar Scheduling. 9.2.1 The academic calendar shall consist of 175 days of instruction. Within requirements of State law, a specific number of instruction days can be designated as possible staff development days for unit members. If the District decides to use the flexible calendar format, the number and scheduling of the staff development days for each academic year shall be negotiated by the District and the CCFT.
