Flex Schedule. This shall mean that on a day-to-day basis the employee may 17 request or agree to a revision in the schedule of work hours, working more hours than scheduled on 18 one day and less on another day during the same work week. Upon mutual agreement between the 19 employee and the supervisor, the schedule may be flexed provided that overtime will be due for hours 20 worked in excess of forty (40) in a work week.
