FLEX LEAVE. 17.1 Employees shall be eligible to participate in the flex leave plan as administered by the Employer in the same manner as other employee groups in the non-union flex leave program. Flex leave is accrued on a per pay period basis and may be used as earned. The official flex leave accrual schedule including balances will be maintained in payroll.
