FLEX LEAVE. 83.1 Flex Leave is subject to operational requirements and will normally be approved in advance. However, it may be approved retrospectively where a line manager and an employee agree that it is appropriate. Subject to the availability of credits, there is no limit to the amount of Flex Leave which may be taken on any occasion.
