Common use of Fixtures and Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Fixtures and Personal Property. All fixtures (the "Fixtures"), and all machinery, equipment and personal property (collectively the "Personal Property") now or hereafter located on, in or under the Land and the Improvements, or usable in connection with the Land or the Improvements, and which are owned by Borrower or in which Borrower has an interest, including any construction and building materials stored on and to be included in the Improvements, plus any repairs, replacements and betterments to any of the foregoing and the proceeds and products thereof; and

Fixtures and Personal Property. All fixtures (the "“Fixtures"”), and all machinery, equipment and personal property (collectively the "“Personal Property"”) now or hereafter located on, in or under the Land and the Improvements, or usable in connection with the Land or the Improvements, and which are owned by Borrower or in which Borrower has an interest, including any construction and building materials stored on and to be included in the Improvements, plus any repairs, replacements and betterments to any of the foregoing and the proceeds and products thereof; and

Fixtures and Personal Property. All fixtures (the "“Fixtures"”), and all machinery, equipment and personal property (collectively the "“Personal Property"”) now or hereafter located on, in or under the Land and the Improvements, or usable in connection with the Land or the Improvements, and which are owned by Borrower Mortgagor or in which Borrower Mortgagor has an interest, including any construction and building materials stored on and to be included in the Improvements, plus any repairs, replacements and betterments to any of the foregoing and the proceeds and products thereof; and

Fixtures and Personal Property. All fixtures (the "Fixtures"), and all machinery, equipment and personal property (collectively collectively, the "Personal Property") now or hereafter located on, in or under the Land and the Improvements, or usable in connection with the Land or the Improvements, and which are owned by the IDB or the Borrower or in which the IDB or the Borrower has an interest, including any construction and building materials stored on and to be included in the Improvements, plus any repairs, replacements and betterments to any of the foregoing and the proceeds and products thereof; and

Fixtures and Personal Property. All fixtures (the "Fixtures"), and all machinery, equipment and personal property (collectively the "Personal Property") now or hereafter located on, in or under the Land and the Improvements, or usable used in connection with the Land or the Improvements, and which are owned by Borrower or in which Borrower has an interest, including any construction and building materials stored on and to be included in the Improvements, plus any repairs, replacements and betterments to any of the foregoing and the proceeds and products thereof; and

Fixtures and Personal Property. All fixtures (the "“Fixtures"”), and all machinery, equipment and personal property (collectively the "“Personal Property"”) now or hereafter located on, in or under the Land and the Improvements, or usable in connection with the Land or the Improvements, and which are owned by Borrower or in which Borrower has an interest, including any construction and building materials stored on and to be included in the Improvements, and also including those specific items, if any, described in Exhibit B attached hereto, plus any repairs, replacements and betterments to any of the foregoing and the proceeds and products thereof; and

Fixtures and Personal Property. All fixtures (the "“Fixtures"), ”) and all machinery, equipment and personal property (collectively the "“Personal Property"”) now or hereafter located on, in or under the Land and the Improvements, or usable in connection with the Land or the Improvements, and which are owned by Borrower Mortgagor or in which Borrower Mortgagor has an interest, including any construction and building materials stored on and and/or to be included in the Improvements, plus any repairs, replacements and betterments to or of any of the foregoing and the proceeds and products thereof; and

Fixtures and Personal Property. All fixtures (the "“Fixtures"”), and all machinery, equipment and personal property (collectively the "“Personal Property"”) now or hereafter located on, in or under the Land and the Improvements, or usable in connection with the Land or the Improvements, and which are owned by Borrower or in which Borrower has an interest, including any construction and mid building materials stored on and to be included in the Improvements, plus any repairs, replacements and betterments to any of the foregoing and the proceeds and products thereof; and

Fixtures and Personal Property. All fixtures (the "“Fixtures"), ”) and all goods, machinery, equipment and personal property (collectively the "“Personal Property"”) now or hereafter located on, in or under the Land and the Improvements, or usable in connection with the Land or the Improvements, and which are owned by Borrower or in which Borrower has an interest, including any construction and building materials stored on and and/or to be included in the Improvements, plus any repairs, replacements and betterments to or of any of the foregoing and the proceeds and products thereofforegoing; and

Fixtures and Personal Property. All fixtures (the "Fixtures"), and all machinery, equipment and personal property (collectively the "Personal Property") now or hereafter located on, in or under the Land land and the Improvements, or usable in connection with the Land or the Improvements, and which are owned by Borrower or in which Borrower has an interest, including any construction and building materials stored on and to be included in the Improvements, plus any repairs, replacements and betterments to any of the foregoing and the proceeds and products thereof; and
