Fixed Price Framework Prices Clause Samples

The 'Fixed Price Framework Prices' clause establishes that the prices for goods or services under a framework agreement are set and will not change during the term of the agreement. This means that, regardless of fluctuations in market rates or supplier costs, the agreed-upon prices remain constant for all orders placed within the framework period. By locking in prices, this clause provides budget certainty for the buyer and protects both parties from unexpected cost increases, ensuring financial predictability and simplifying contract administration.
