Fixed Fees. Where Services are provided for a fixed price, the total fees for the Services shall be the amount set out in the applicable Statement of Work. The total price shall be paid to VCG in installments, as set out in the Statement of Work.
Fixed Fees. During the Term, Owner shall pay O&M Contractor an annual fee in the amount of $[ ] (“Fixed Fees”) as full and complete compensation for performing the Services (other than the T&M Services).

Additional Aircall Numbers purchased by Customer either via the Aircall Dashboard or listed in the relevant Order Form, as applicable, shall also be deemed Fixed Fees and will be invoiced at the same billing frequency as the Aircall Numbers purchased in the original Plan on a prorata basis. For the avoidance of doubt, fees associated with outbound calls or inbound calls (where applicable) shall not be included in the Fixed Fees. Fixed Fees may be updated by Aircall at any time, and Aircall will endeavor to provide notice of such update prior to its implementation. Such updated Fixed Fees shall be effective on the first day of the next Renewal Term.
Fixed Fees. Xxxxxxxxx will make the following payments directly to MSI, and not otherwise without advance approval by Xxxxxxxxx, as consideration for the MSI Technology Transfer Obligations and licenses to the Licensed Technology:
Fixed Fees. Subscriber may terminate fixed fee based Professional Services due to an uncured material breach by Fourth of these Terms and Conditions, or applicable Order or Statement of Work and any exhibits attached thereto. Subscriber may also terminate such Professional Services at Subscriber’s convenience. Fourth may only terminate fixed fee based Professional Services due to Subscriber’s uncured material breach of these Terms and Conditions, or applicable Order or Statement of Work and any Exhibits attached thereto. If (i) Subscriber terminates any fixed fee based Professional Services for any reason other than due to Fourth’s uncured material breach of these Terms and Conditions, Order, or Statement of Work; or (ii) if Fourth terminates any fixed fee based Professional Services due to Subscriber’s uncured material breach of these Terms and Conditions, Order, or Statement of Work, then Subscriber shall promptly pay Fourth all unpaid fixed fee amounts for the terminated Professional Services. Additionally, Subscriber shall not be entitled to a refund or credit for any prepaid fixed fee amounts.
Fixed Fees. The annual subscription fee is proportional to the number of calendar months remaining and is invoiced for the first time in conjunction with the coming into force of the agreement regarding VALIDOO SUPPLIER and due for payment thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Transaction fees In addition to the annual subscription fee, a variable fee is charged for the number of individual GTIN which undergo the manual quality assurance of digital item or food information and handling of images. If products are to be photographed or edited, that fee will also be referred to as a transaction fee. The transaction fees are stated on xxx.xxxxxxx.xx. The fee for the manual control of digital article and food information as well as the handling of images applies regardless if the result is approved or rejected. A sample item which has been submitted and which has not been controlled due to reasons related to the supplier, for instance that item information is missing or that the supplier has not placed an order or that the supplier interrupts the manual control, is charged in accordance with applicable price list on xxx.xxxxxxx.xx. A fee per sample item will be charged for additional work caused by inadequate information from the supplier and/or incorrectly marked sample items. Applicable price list is stated on xxx.xxxxxxx.xx. The variable transaction fees are charged monthly in arrears and are due for payment thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice. Capacity fees In addition to the annual subscription fee, an annual fee is charged for the number of individual GTIN with images that are published in the service. This fee is referred to as annual capacity fee. The annual capacity fee is based on the number of GTIN with published images. The applicable capacity fees are stated on xxx.xxxxxxx.xx. Fixed Fees. The Owner shall pay the Private Entity Fixed Fees, which consist of the architecture and engineering fees and general contracting fees stated in Exhibit D. The Fixed Fees include all compensation payable by Owner to Private Entity beyond Reimbursable Costs for the Services and are intended to compensate for the Private Entity's and Prime Construction Contractor’s home office support, overhead costs, and profit for the Project and for all design professional, including (A-E), services. The Fixed Fees will not vary with either the estimated cost or actual cost of construction of the Project except as expressly allowed in this 5.4. The components of the Fixed Fees below will be increased when a Change in the Project scope, schedule or cost of performance results in an increase in the reimbursable costs, such as an increase in materials, labor, supervision, management, architecture or engineering man-hours, or increased insurance costs. The Fixed Fees will not be reduced unless the Owner’s Representative reasonably requires an equitable reduction in the Fixed Fees for any Change that reduces the Scope of Work, provided that such costs have not been incurred prior to the equitable reduction.
