Establishment Fee definition

Establishment Fee means the establishment fee we charge (if any) as set out in the Payment Plan.
Establishment Fee means a fee of 0 payable by the Borrower to the Lender in consideration of the Lender approving provision of the Loan.
Establishment Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.6(a) hereof.
