Common use of Fixed Fee Rate, Indirect Clause in Contracts

Fixed Fee Rate, Indirect. Cost Rate and Administrative Handling Rate (AHR) The Government will evaluate the offeror’s Indirect Cost Rate and Fixed Fee Rate for CR contracts and AHR for realism and reasonableness. The Government may consider lower rates as providing a more cost effective advantage to the Government in contracts seeking subcontracting and provisioning of resources and/or travel.
