Common use of Five year contract Clause in Contracts

Five year contract. If the performance of a member is satisfactory, a five-year Limited Contract may be awarded to members who have taught five (5) years, of which three (3) of the last five (5) years have been in the district. These members must also hold a provisional certificate/professional license.
