Common use of First Nations Holidays Clause in Contracts

First Nations Holidays. The University recognizes the following First Nations holidays: National Aboriginal Day Treaty Day Indian Government Day First Nations Unity Day With the approval of their supervisor, members may take the time within 14 days prior to or 30 days after the First Nations holiday. The University will give a minimum of three months’ notice of such scheduling of holidays.
