First Appeal Procedure. Step 2 5.4.1 If the alleged grievance has not been resolved in Step 1, the grievant, within ten (10) days after completion of Step 1, may submit the written grievance (Grievance Form C) to the Superintendent for resolution. 5.4.2 The Superintendent or designee shall hold a meeting (within five [5] days after the date of receipt of Form C) with the grievant who may have conferees present to help in resolving the grievance. The Superintendent or designee may also have conferees present. 5.4.3 A response in writing (Grievance Form D) shall be transmitted to the grievant ten (10) days after the initial meeting.
