Common use of First Aid Clause in Contracts

First Aid. In addition to the requirements of the Workers' Compensation Board, wherever three (3) or more Employees are required to work in an isolated location, one (1) of the Employees shall, whenever possible, hold a valid Industrial First Aid Certificate.
