Fire Safety 9.5.1 Residents found in violation of the following fire safety stipulations not only put themselves at risk but also jeopardizes the safety of the entire community.
Safety and Security Procedures Contractor shall maintain and enforce, at the Contractor Work Locations, industry-standard safety and physical security policies and procedures. While at each Court Work Location, Contractor shall comply with the safety and security policies and procedures in effect at such Court Work Location.
Aviation safety (1) Each Contracting Party may request consultations at any time concerning the safety standards maintained by the other Contracting Party in areas relating to aeronautical facilities, flight crew, aircraft and the operation of aircraft. Such consultations shall take place within thirty (30) days of that request.
Rectification of Safety Hazard 60.12 Where, because of the existence of a safety hazard, a site has been stopped for a defined period of time and Employees sent off site by agreement between Site Managers and any combination of Union Official/s, Health and Safety Committee, those people who remain on site to do rectification work will be paid at the rate of double time for all such work.
Health and Safety Provisions The Employer shall continue to make and enforce provisions for the occupational health, safety, and security of employees. The Employer will respond to suggestions on the subject from the Union and the parties undertake to consult with a view to adopting and expeditiously carrying out reasonable procedures and techniques designed or intended to prevent or reduce the risk of employment injury and employment-related chronic illness.
GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE - GENERAL 15.01 It is the desire of the parties to this Agreement that complaints or grievances be settled as promptly as possible. This Article is to provide for the prompt handling of such matters as alleged misinterpretation or violation of the Agreement, or other causes for complaint but excluding appeals from disciplinary action and discharge which are provided for in Article 16.

ATM Safety It is important to be aware of your surroundings when using an ATM, especially at night. When you are using an ATM, you should secure any cash you withdraw before leaving the ATM. If you need to use an ATM at night, consider taking someone you know with you, and only use an ATM that is well-lit and unobstructed from view. If anything appears to be suspicious, do not use the ATM. Always call 911 in the event of an emergency or to report any suspicious activity. Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.
