You agree not to disclose or otherwise make your Card or PIN available to others without our prior written consent. For security reasons, you agree not to write your PIN on your Card or keep it in the same location as your Card. You agree to return your Cards to us upon our request. Refunds on Purchases. Cash refunds will not be made to you for purchases made with your Card. If a merchant gives you a credit for merchandise returns or adjustments, it may do so by processing a credit adjustment, which we will apply as a credit to the account from which the original funds were debited.

Place cash in your pocket or purse as soon as a transaction is completed, and count cash in the safety of a locked car or at home. • Use another ATM or return at another time if anything suspicious is noticed. • If you notice anything suspicious while at the ATM, cancel the transaction, place your Card in your pocket or purse and leave. • Immediately report all crimes to local law enforcement officials and the operator of the ATM • Check the ATM for tampering prior to inserting your Card. If you see evidence of tampering, notify the ATM provider and do not use the ATM.
