Fire Fighting. (a) While assigned to firefighting duties all employees shall maintain their normal (posted) rate of pay. (b) With the exceptions as follows, should an employee assigned to firefighting duties be required to work overtime then the overtime provisions of the Collective Agreement shall apply. However:
