Fire Fighting. As an exception to Article 13.01, Overtime Rates, all employees while engaged in fighting fires on lands or properties owned by the Employer, or in fighting fires which started: (a) On Employer lands and spread to adjacent properties, or (b) On adjacent properties within one-half (½) mile of Employer lands, shall be paid in accordance with United Steelworkers Local 1-1937 contract requirements.
