Common use of FIRE DRILL Clause in Contracts

FIRE DRILL. The Contractor shall coordinate the execution of a full scale fire drill with the NSA within the first 30 days after the ship's arrival at the Contractor's facility. The drill will include at a minimum the requirements of the drill specified in NSIs 009-08 (Fire Protection at Contractor's Facility; Accomplish) and 009-28 (Fire Prevention Requirements). For the Contractor, this drill will require all production work to stop for a minimum of 4 hours during day shift on the selected day.
