Common use of Financial Obligation Clause in Contracts

Financial Obligation. The resident will not be allowed to take residence in a Framingham State residence hall until all applicable financial obligations have been paid in full, or is otherwise approved and in good standing as determined by the Director of Student Accounts in consideration of financial aid, approved payment plans or other factors deemed pertinent by the Director of Student Accounts. Failure to pay obligations on the date indicated on the statement of charges may result in loss of residence hall space. Financial obligations include:
