Dates Payable Clause Samples
The "Dates Payable" clause defines the specific dates or timeframes by which payments under the contract must be made. It typically outlines when invoices are due, such as within a certain number of days after receipt or on predetermined calendar dates, and may apply to recurring payments, milestone payments, or final settlements. By clearly establishing payment deadlines, this clause helps prevent disputes over late payments and ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of their financial obligations.
