Financial and other Obligations. 7.1 This MoU does not commit any specific financial obligation or liability on either Party. Each Party shall be responsible for its own costs in connection with all matters relating to the collaborations under this MoU except to the extent specifically mentioned in this MoU. All the expenses on implementation of the programmes under this MoU incurred/to be incurred by the Parties such as travel expenses, personal expenses, per diem, expenses on accommodation, health etc. shall be borne by the respective Party. However, in case of invited lectures, all such expenses of the invitee shall be borne by the inviting host party. In case of external funding of any programme, under this MoU, is considered necessary, either Party, by mutual consultation, may explore the same.

  • Fees and Other Charges (a) The Borrower will pay a fee on all outstanding Letters of Credit at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Margin then in effect with respect to Eurodollar Loans under the Revolving Facility, shared ratably among the Revolving Lenders and payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date. In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account a fronting fee of 0.25% per annum on the undrawn and unexpired amount of each Letter of Credit, payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date.

  • Travel and Other Expenses ODHS shall not reimburse Contractor for any travel or additional expenses under this Contract.

  • Parental leave and other entitlements An employee may in lieu of or in conjunction with parental leave, access any annual leave or long service leave entitlements which they have accrued subject to the total amount of leave not exceeding 52 weeks.
