By no later than 30 days after the Roof Assembly Date, the Vendor shall by written notice to the Purchaser set either (i) a Final Tentative Occupancy Date; or (ii) a Firm Occupancy Date. If the Vendor does not do so, the existing Tentative Occupancy Date shall for all purposes be the Firm Occupancy Date.
