COMMUNITY MAILBOXES. 5.1 Canada Post has directed that community mailboxes be located in certain specific locations. The Owner shall be responsible for ensuring that the community mailboxes are placed in the locations as set out in Schedule "D" attached, and agrees to construct any related facilities, including drainage culverts, required to permit the location of the community mailboxes in the locations as finally approved by the Municipality and Canada Post.

The Developer shall arrange to have Canada Post provide, at no cost to the Municipality, community mailboxes on the Land; and the Developer shall provide satisfactory evidence from Canada Post confirmation of the type, size and location for such community mailboxes to the satisfaction of the Municipal Engineer.
