Common use of Final Provisions Clause in Contracts

Final Provisions. 1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is signed by both Parties. It shall expire on the last day of the Programme unless terminated earlier in accordance with Article 11.0 of the General Terms and Conditions attached to and incorporated in this Agreement.

For purposes of this Agreement, without setting any precedent, the Parties acknowledge and agree that the following Articles in the General Terms and Conditions for Programme Cooperation Agreements are herewith deleted and replaced as follows:
