Common use of Final Performance Report Clause in Contracts

Final Performance Report. Grantee shall submit a Final Performance Report (on a form provided by the Grant Administrator) indicating the extent to which the Program objectives contained in Exhibit A were accomplished. The Final Performance Report shall accompany the Final Request for Payment and shall be submitted within 60 days after completion of the Program, but in no event later than July 30, 2017.
