Final Payment Invoice. In addition to the requirements in NAPS 5252.232-9000, Submission of Invoices (Fixed Price) found in Section G, prior to the contractor sending in the final payment invoice, the contractor will send the Contracting Officer or her designated representative a notice that they have completed the work. The Contracting Officer or her designated representative will review the work and provide a Technical Direction Letter that the Government has accepted the work. The Contractor can then submit the Final Payment Invoice.
