Common use of Final Paycheck Clause in Contracts

Final Paycheck. On the Separation Date, the Company will pay Employee all accrued but unpaid base salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. Employee is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Employee executes this Agreement.
