Common use of Final List Clause in Contracts

Final List. With ten (10) days thereafter, the FED shall evaluate any and all such written communications regarding the order of seniority contained in said list and may make such changes that are deemed warranted. A final seniority list shall thereupon be prepared by the FED which list as revised shall be binding on the FED and any teacher-itinerant.
