Common use of Final Evaluation Phase Clause in Contracts

Final Evaluation Phase. a. A final meeting to discuss the evaluation will occur at least one calendar month prior to the final school day. b. When the evaluation process has been completed, the following forms will become part of the employee's permanent record: (i) The Evaluation Form for Permanent Employees. (ii) Observation and Evaluation forms for non–permanent Employees. (iii) Observation, interim and final evaluation forms for employees receiving unsatisfactory evaluations.
