Common use of Final Disposition Clause in Contracts

Final Disposition. (1) The Xxxxxxx or designee shall review the proposed bylaws and all recommendations, proposed revisions, and objections thereto, and render a decision as to whether the bylaws shall be adopted by the University Administration. The Xxxxxxx or designee shall notify the affected faculty, the chair, the xxxx, the UA negotiating team designee, and the UFF in writing of his/her decision within thirty (30) days of receipt of the proposed bylaws.
