Final Authority to Interpret. In accordance with Article I, the IFOR Commander is the final authority in theatre regarding interpretation of this agreement on the military aspects of the peace settlement, of which the Appendices constitute an integral part.
Final Authority to Interpret. The High Representative is the final authority in theater regarding interpretation of this Agreement on the civilian implementation of the peace settlement.
