Common use of Final Audit Report Clause in Contracts

Final Audit Report. Subrecipient shall promptly submit to the State a copy of any final audit report of an audit performed on Subrecipient’s records that relates to or affects this Agreement or the Work, whether the audit is conducted by Subrecipient or a third party. Additionally, if Subrecipient is required to perform a single audit under 2 CFR 200.501, et. seq., then Subrecipient shall submit a copy of the results of that audit to the State within the same timelines as the submission to the federal government.
