Common use of Filing Requests Clause in Contracts

Filing Requests. Employees who desire a change in assignment may file a written statement of such desire with the Superintendent. Such a statement shall include the grade and/or subject or position to which the employee desires to be assigned. Such requests for assignment for the following year shall be submitted no later than June 1st.

Such requests for assignment transfers or reassignments for the following year shall be submitted no not later than June 1st.
