Filing of Final Order. As soon as possible after receipt of the Final Order, the Parties will file with the Registrar a copy of the Final Order and such other records and documentation as the Registrar may require pursuant to the BCBCA in respect of the Arrangement.
Filing of Final Order. 7.5 On the sixth Business Day after the later of the date the GenSci Shareholders approve the Arrangement and the effective date of the Bankruptcy Plan, GenSci shall send a certified copy of the Final Order and Plan of Arrangement to the Registrar for filing pursuant to subsection 252 of theCompany Act.

Filing of Final Order. Subject to the rights of termination contained in Article 7 hereof, upon the Rubicon Shareholders and the Africo Shareholders each approving the Arrangement by Special Resolution in accordance with the provisions of the Interim Order and the BCBCA, the Applicants obtaining the Final Order and the other conditions contained in Article 5 hereof being satisfied or waived, Rubicon, Paragon, CopperCo and Africo shall send a copy of the Final Order together with such other documents as may be required by the Registrar to be filed pursuant to sections 288 to 299 of the BCBCA in order to make the Arrangement effective on the Effective Date. Upon the Arrangement becoming effective, Rubicon, Paragon, CopperCo and Africo shall exchange such other documents as may be necessary or desirable in connection with the completion of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Plan of Arrangement.

Subject to the rights of termination contained in Article 6 hereof, upon the LITH Shareholders approving the Arrangement by special resolution in accordance with the provisions of the Interim Order and the ABCA, LITH obtaining the Final Order and the other conditions contained in Article 5 hereof being complied with or waived, LITH on its behalf and on behalf of SpinCo shall file with the Registrar:

Subject to the rights of termination contained in Article 6 upon the Volt Shareholders approving the Arrangement by special resolution in accordance with the provisions of the Interim Order and the BCBCA, Volt obtaining the Final Order and the other conditions contained in Article 5 being complied with or waived, Volt on its behalf and on behalf of Roughrider will file with the Registrar:

Subject to the rights of termination contained in Article 6 upon the Silver Shareholders approving the Arrangement Resolution in accordance with the provisions of the Interim Order and the BCBCA, Silver obtaining the Final Order and the other conditions contained in Article 5 being complied with or waived, Silver on its behalf and on behalf of SpinCo will file with the Registrar:

Subject to the rights of termination contained in Article 6 hereof, upon the Eagle Plains Shareholders approving the Arrangement by special resolution in accordance with the provisions of the Interim Order and the BCA, Eagle Plains obtaining the Final Order and the other conditions contained in Article 5 hereof being complied with or waived, Eagle Plains on its behalf and on behalf of Taiga shall file with the Registrar:
