Common use of Field Trip Admission Clause in Contracts

Field Trip Admission. The Board agrees to pay admission costs for any bus driver or paraprofessional who is assigned or requested to go on a school field trip, provided that person agrees to serve as a chaperone for the field trip. An employee who is chaperoning an approved trip will be permitted to have trip expenses paid out of monies raised by the student group if this stipulation was made in the original request/application for the fund raiser. If a ticket is provided by the field trip destination specifically for the bus driver, the ticket will be given to the driver.
