Fees; Payment Terms. All payments for fees as set forth on the Cover Sheet shall be made by Member or, if applicable and as set forth on the Cover Sheet, by a sponsoring entity on behalf of Member, to ANet in accordance with the payment schedule set forth on the Cover Sheet. Failure to pay the deposit by the above date may result in a revised payment schedule. Payments are non-refundable and cannot be pro- rated. ANet reserves the right to withhold services related to the Program if any payment is more than thirty (30) days past due.
