Fees for Changes in Project Scope. 6.2.1 For reductions in the scope of the Work of the Project that occur after commencement of the Construction Documents Phase the Architect/Engineer’s fee for basic services related to the eliminated portion of the work, to the extent such services are provided, shall be negotiated with the Owner.
