Fees and Expenses Except as expressly set forth in the Transaction Documents to the contrary, each party shall pay the fees and expenses of its advisers, counsel, accountants and other experts, if any, and all other expenses incurred by such party incident to the negotiation, preparation, execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement. The Company shall pay all Transfer Agent fees (including, without limitation, any fees required for same-day processing of any instruction letter delivered by the Company and any exercise notice delivered by a Purchaser), stamp taxes and other taxes and duties levied in connection with the delivery of any Securities to the Purchasers.
Fees Registry Operator must pay, or have paid on its behalf, fees to the Escrow Agent directly. If Registry Operator fails to pay any fee by the due date(s), the Escrow Agent will give ICANN written notice of such non-‐payment and ICANN may pay the past-‐due fee(s) within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the written notice from Escrow Agent. Upon payment of the past-‐due fees by ICANN, ICANN shall have a claim for such amount against Registry Operator, which Registry Operator shall be required to submit to ICANN together with the next fee payment due under the Registry Agreement.
Fees and Commissions The fees and commissions that apply to your account are set out in the information box and disclosure statement. You agree to pay the fees and commissions and authorize us to charge them to your account. We reserve the right to change the circumstances in which any of the fees or commissions on your account is charged and the amount of those fees or commissions. You agree that we may impose additional fees and commissions at any time. We will provide notice of any changes or additional fees and commissions if required by applicable law and in accordance with the “Changes” section of this agreement.
Fees and Billing As a condition of use, Subscriber agrees to pay when due all fees and charges for the service package it purchases including any new or additional services, any Custom Services, and for extensions or renewals of the Service Period (“Fees”). Payments shall be made in accordance with Subscriber’s ordering documents. All Fees are payable without offset or deduction and within thirty days of invoice date. All Fees are non-cancellable and non- refundable for the entirety of the Term, and the number or duration of users, storage, subscriptions, features, usage or other Metric purchased cannot be decreased during the Subscription Term. Fees are fixed only for the initial Service Period and Ricoh reserves the right to change the Fees and/or its fee structure in subsequent or renewal periods. Charges for any Custom Services may be invoiced separately by Ricoh. Nonpayment of any Fees shall be grounds for suspension of Services or termination of this Agreement.

Professionals For projects involving installation or construction services, the Grantee agrees that only licensed professionals will be used to perform services under this Grant Agreement where such services are called for and licensed professionals are required for those services under State law.
Fees and Revenue a. The AGENCY shall report to the COUNTY all fees collected in the performance of this Contract on a quarterly basis. The AGENCY’S fees for programs or services funded by the COUNTY shall be reported on the quarterly report form and indicate all revenue generated from the collected fees. When such fees are changed, the COUNTY shall receive immediate notification in writing from the AGENCY with appropriate justification.
Costs and Fees If you hire an attorney to enforce this agreement I will pay your reasonable attorney's fees, where permitted by law. I will also pay your court costs and costs of collection, where permitted by law.
Fees and Costs As part of the Appeal Panel Award, the Appeal Panel is hereby directed to require the losing party (the party being awarded the least amount of money by the arbitrator, which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be determined without regard to any statutory fines, penalties, fees, or other charges awarded to any party) to (a) pay the full amount of any unpaid costs and fees of the Arbitration and the Appeal Panel, and (b) reimburse the prevailing party (the party being awarded the most amount of money by the Appeal Panel, which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be determined without regard to any statutory fines, penalties, fees, or other charges awarded to any part) the reasonable attorneys’ fees, arbitrator and Appeal Panel costs and fees, deposition costs, other discovery costs, and other expenses, costs or fees paid or otherwise incurred by the prevailing party in connection with the Arbitration (including without limitation in connection with the Appeal).
FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES You agree to pay Us any applicable fees or charges, and are responsible for any minimum balance requirements and deposit requirements called for in Our Agreements and Disclosures provided to You when You opened Your Account. In any case and with proper notice to You, fees, charges, balance requirements and deposit requirements may be changed by Us from time to time.
