Common use of Fees and Expense Clause in Contracts

Fees and Expense. Each of the parties hereto shall bear the expense of the arbitrator appointed by it, and the parties hereto shall jointly bear equally the expense of the third party, and any cost of the place of hearing of such arbitration, if and when the necessity arises. The Employer and the Union agree that by mutual written agreement of the parties, a sole arbitrator may be substituted for a Board of Arbitration.
