FEE SYSTEM Clause Samples
The Fee System clause defines how fees are structured, calculated, and paid under an agreement. It typically outlines the types of fees involved—such as fixed, hourly, or performance-based charges—and specifies when and how payments should be made. For example, it may require monthly invoices or set milestones for payment. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of financial obligations, reducing the risk of disputes over payment terms and helping to manage expectations regarding compensation.
