CLNG Sample Clauses

CLNG. The sum of all the costs or expenses required or convenient for the Concessionaire to receive natural gas liquefaction services from Perú LNG, in the quantity, quality and time necessary to obtain and maintain the Guaranteed Capacity, as defined in the terms of the Concession Contract and the Applicable Laws. The basis to determine these costs and expenses shall be solely the Services Contract entered into by Perú LNG and the Concessionaire.
