CTG Clause Samples

CTG. The sum of all the costs or expenses required or convenient for the Concessionaire to receive services of pipeline transportation of natural gas, that may be required to obtain natural gas available at the Point of Delivery in the quantity, quality and time necessary to obtain and maintain the Guaranteed Capacity, as defined in the terms of the Concession Contract and the Applicable Laws. The basis to determine these costs and expenses shall be solely the contracts for pipeline transportation of natural gas, entered into by the Concessionaire and the corresponding providers as Associated Contracts.
